Additional Notes:

    • Work Teams: Be prepared to work (SK, R2, Score Board, Libero Tracker & Lines).  Remember to bring all your training paperwork.  A work schedule will be provided by your coach.
    • TEAM/COACHES TIME: From warm-ups until when the coaches release the players after a match, that time is the coaches.  Please give the coaches/teams some space to allow the coaches to coach until they have released the players.  We also encourage parents/spectators to cheer on the players during the games and allow the coaches to coach the players.
    • SUPERVISION RESPONSIBILITY: The coaches & Seaway Smash staff are responsible for your daughter’s safety on the court.  And while we’ll do our best to make sure no one gets into harm’s way, each of the players will need to be supervised by an adult once the coaches have released the players.
    • Be prepared to “camp” in the halls. This includes bringing a chair, blankets, food, etc.
    • Hotel rooms are the responsibility of the parents/players. The club does NOT pay for them for players.
    • Remember to be courteous to others, and that you are not the only people staying in the hotel. Remember, there are club rules for staying in hotels. Be mindful of them.
  • There will most likely be concessions at most tournaments, as well as t-shirts. Bring cash if you’d like to purchase anything from either.  Feel free to ask if you’re not sure if the event will provide thos
