These published dates have passed. The information below preserves the original 2026–27 tryout form.
- July 25, 2026: 10U–14U, 9–10:30 am; 15U–18U, 10:45 am–12:15 pm.
- August 1, 2026 makeup session: all ages, 9–10:30 am.
- Location: Madrid-Waddington Central School, 2582 State Highway 345, Madrid, NY 13660.
- Arrival: at least 15 minutes early; attendance at one session was required.
- Published fees: $10 club tryout fee; $20 USAV tryout membership for new members. These are historical fees, not a current season price quote.
- Requirements: valid USAV membership and a medical form; the form directed parents or guardians of new members to create a SportsEngine account.
